- The University of Iowa has partnered with Eastern Iowa Community College District (EICCD), Des Moines Area Community College (DMACC), Kirkwood Community College, and Western Iowa Tech Community College (WITCC) to bring two blended courses each semester to their campuses starting in the Fall 2009. If you have completed an AS or AAS degree, you may earn a UI Bachelor of Applied Studies (BAS) degree by combining online UI course work with UI blended courses that are offered at your community college.
