FULL SERVICE
The Full Service Administrative Fee is $1000 plus a per person fee based
on the scope of services provided.
Preparation:
- Establish conference control accounts for deposit of conference
fees and payment of all conference expenses
- Speaker arrangements (honorarium,
housing, travel)
- Negotiation of meeting space, catering , lodging and parking
arrangements
- Development of a conference budget
- Promotion of conference
- Application and approval process for CEU’s
(continuing education units)
- Checklist provided for CME approval. The responsibility
of filing for CMEs is the responsibility of the conference committee/chairperson.
Implementation:
- Provides four ways to register for a conference: On-line, Phone, Fax
and Mail
- Set up, acceptance, and processing of credit card payments
- Generation and mailing of confirmation letters and maps via mail
and/or
e-mail
- Variety of registration reports available upon request
- Preparation of
conference materials
- On-site registration staff
- On-site conference management
- Deposit of conference income
- Payment of conference expenses
Post-Conference:
- Preparation of conference income/expense statement of account
- Maintenance
of conference financial records for two years
- Processing and maintenance
of CEU records
- Tabulation and typing of conference evaluations
Misc:
- Other duties, responsibilities and services to be determined between CCI
and Client.
- The administrative fee does not include direct costs such as registration materials, printing, mailing, etc
- The administrative fee does not include the 5% fee charged on total credit card revenue
REGISTRATION SERVICE
Registration Services Only
$25 per registrant
CCI Provides the following registration services at a rate of $25 per person
- Receipt of registration applications and program fees
- Deposit of funds
received into appropriate accounts
- Set up and acceptance of On-Line
registrations
- Set up, acceptance, and processing of credit card payments
- Mailing of enrollment confirmations
- Preparation of name badges and Roster
of Participants
- Invoice for unpaid fees
- Preparation of Final Report of Conference Income
- Transfer of conference
revenue into department account. (MFK provided by department for CV)
- Preparation
of name badges to be picked up by department prior to conference registration.
Direct Costs: (in addition to the $25 per person)
- 5%
fee on total credit card revenue.
