What Are The Enrollment And Cancellation Deadlines?

Deadlines
  • As specified for each division
  • $50 nonrefundable deposit and a complete application form are required before application is considered for enrollment
  • June 1, 2010 (any remaining fees, Health Form and Transportation Form)
    After 5:00 p.m., May 31, students may be considered from the late application pool made up of those seeking admission after deadlines or when the enrollment ceiling has been reached.
  • Special arrangements may be made with Mr. Bellus if the dates can't be met.
Enrollment
  • Begins January 1, 2010

Form 1: Enrollment (must have parent signature)
Form 2: Agreements (student and parent signatures)
Form 3: Library card application (student signature)

Form 4: Health Release (must contain parent signature and insurance information)

Form 5: Transportation (must identify mode of travel and time of arrival and departure)
Fee Payment: $50 nonrefundable deposit (applied to tuition) or full fee

Cancellation & Refunds

  1. Refund all but $50 of fees paid until arrival date
  2. No refunds after arrival date
  3. No refund in event of dismissal
  4. No refund in the event of medical dismissal
Refunds are approved and issued by the University of Iowa Business Office after paperwork is processed.

Cancellations must be submitted in writing to assure proper credit. Allow 30 working days for refund to be mailed.
