Mess Hall and The Cellar
The building used to be a barn until it was renovated into the Mess Hall with sleeping quarters for male students in the hay loft. All of the meals for the students and professors are served in the main hall. To the right, the Mess Hall and the campfire site can be seen. Usually on the first night of each session, the students get together and build a fire and get to know each other.
The Cellar is the lounge area for students at the lab; it is also the severe weather shelter for Lakeside. Students can watch movies, play ping pong and cards.
